Mono Stereo Groove is a community of hitmakers and playmakers representing the Asian diaspora in the music industry. We are a small yet mighty group of recording artists, producers, songwriters, and music executives dedicated to amplifying Asian talent.

Launched in early 2022, the concept had long been envisioned by its founding partners, platinum-selling singer-songwriter, Rosemarie Tan and manager and music executive, Maria T. Lyons. Recognizing the need for a dedicated space to uplift and showcase talent within the marginalized Asian community in the music industry, Mono Stereo Groove curates exclusive songwriting camps, workshops, panels and events globally.

In our short time, we have hosted impressive roster of talent, including Dinah Jane (Fifth Harmony), Zacari (TDE), Yuna, Sinéad Harnett, The Common Kings, and many more. We’ve also collaborated with top industry leaders such as Sony Music Group, Warner Music Group, Spotify, Apple Music, The Recording Academy, Shure, VEVO, and The Mechanical Licensing Collective (The MLC) to further amplify our mission.

As the music industry evolves, our mission remains clear: to foster collaboration, amplify education, and celebrate the profound history and lasting influence of the Asian diaspora in mainstream music and beyond.
